I love this course, but some of the greens could use a little tlc.
Price for round is crazy
For a laid back golf course for beginners it isn’t bad expect for the price. At 40$ round for this course is unbelievable. Greens are always in terrible condition and fairways are dirt and grass patches. Some tee boxes are like hitting off rocks, and other hard areas. Carts are old dirty n don’t always work and often breakdown during a round as I have had 2 do that to me. Overall the course wouldn’t be bad for beginners if the price wasn’t so high. Courses like blueridge and Greystone are 25x better and are usally sitting at 50$ a round. Wont ever go back for a quick 9 till prices drop
Good course
Good course to play, but the greens need a little tlc other than that the staff is great and very friendly.
great day out
first day out of the season- so glad to get out early. A good number of people on the course, play was moving comfortably.
Got a double eagle
Holed out my 2nd shot on the par 5 17th hole. This is my first 2 on a par 5 in my entire 56 years of playing golf. Still looking for my 1st hole in one but this is the next best thing!
Worth the $18 cost to play. Not worth traveling over 30 min to go there.
Probably a fun place to may a casual league with your friends. The Course was very dry layout not very exciting. The greens were slow but alright, but I think they could be good with a little more care.
Most holes showed distance for blue tea box, I only saw one or two. It’s a short course from the Whites, the pace of play was fast, until I came up to a group on the 12th hole. They didn’t let me true even though there’s three part three in a row.. I ended up playing each of them twice and the part four 15 three times. They were still on the tea box as I was on the green on 16, so at this point, I just left as if it’s close car park there were two par 5’s to finish.
Anyway, I wanted to check it out and I did. I won’t be back.. if I was local, I’m sure I would have fun there with my friends
Dump
This course used to be a nice public. Now… overpriced, under maintained. Fairway is overgrown in spots. Greens have insect holes. Tee boxes are dried out. ZERO off course amenities. Played here earlier in season and cart ran out of gas.
This course is not properly taken care of.
The greens are nice, but the fairways are way too long, I lost 5 balls when I played there on Sunday. Won't be back until it's taken care of better.
