Fun short course, but conditions were poor.
The overall condition of the course was poor but considering the low greens fee, it was understandable. The greens were recently punched but downhill putts were surprising fast. The staff was extremely friendly and overall atmosphere was very laid back and welcoming.
It's a good course to practice coming in to greens that are very small, decent movement in the grains. Fairways could be a little bit lusher. But overall, a good challenge for putting and getting to a very small green fairways are decently wide, so even if you screw up by spraying it It's not that hard to get to the green or at least you should have a shot, but the greens are small
Amazing for the price
Even if it were $50-60, which it is avg where I live, I’d pay it every day. Only concern is not too many markings to guide you through the course
Great bargain
Better markings to guide you through the course is needed
Perfect for starters
The price is so much with it. Course open that you can easily play it back if you’re a slicer. Only wish they had more markings to guide you through the course.
Back to 4 Seasons
First time playing at 4 seasons in maybe 30 years. I was surprisingly happy with the overall course condition. Had a very nice round of golf!
5 seasons
Great for beginners and novice players.
Good for practice rounds for intermediate
Players.
Needs a real groundskeeping crew
I was losing balls that I hit into the middle of the fairway. Enough said
This isn’t a place for serious golf
This course is not meant for serious players. It’s a course you take your kids, or if you’re new to golf. The staff are very nice however so I go back. It’s overpriced, the greens are never maintained, the fairways are crab grass and dirt, tee boxes uneven and so rock hard you can’t get a tee in the ground. The tee boxes are basically dirt mounds. The tips are missing on a lot of holes, no sand in the bunkers, just crab grass and rocks. if this course was $20 it would be worth it when there isn’t anywhere else to play…. They really just need to lower their prices. They’re as expensive as blue ridge trail which is mind blowing.
First time
Was in town on vacation, Not bad for the money, Heatwave killed most of the fairways but they were growing back pretty good.
Tee boxes were hard as a rock though.
Great experience overall!
The course was slightly under maintained, but that did not take away from the experience at all! Wonderful staff and very friendly atmosphere.
Used to be nice…
But now it’s a joke. $40 is waaay too much for this place. Fairways are hard as concrete. Need an auger to set a tee in the boxes. Greens are patchy. Staff are totally unhelpful. Was told they “ran out of hot dogs” at the turn… it was noon… on a Friday. Would be a fair beginner course if it weren’t expensive.
