ROUGH- yes the rough

The rough is way too long. You can’t find your ball in the rough. You either lose your ball or take forever to find it. This also backs up the course. The rough is so long that it’s very hard to hit out of it.

Layout is nice. Greens are good. Fairway is good.

I won’t return because the rough is so bad.

Course has a great layout, but staff are the friendliest, most helpful I’ve encountered in my 50 years of golf. Will definitely play there again.

Kankakee Elks Golf Club

Course is in very good shape. Rough is thick and very challenging. The greens are fast elevated and odgulated. . The sand traps need some tender loving care but over all a very nice value.

A challenge!

Clamshell greens with alot of breaks. Overall a beautiful course. Rough is deep, but it has been rainy. Many grass bunkers and small hills. Beat me up!
