Fun course for beginners. Doesn’t penalize you much for having a bad tee shot. Very open fairways and shots to green. Front 9 was in good shape. Back 9 greens were roughed up. 5 out of the last 7 holes had almost all sand on the greens. Overall, it’s worth a round for $25. Has two par 5s you can have a chance to eagle/birdie on. 2 par 4s you have a chance to drive the green.
Go play Frank House muni
Me and my son have tried to play at least twice a week since re-opening after tornado, last year. The new staff, golf pro Ed, has been excellent, great people, makes you feel welcome always. The course is in great condition along with new practice green and clubhouse coming along. If you haven't played this course, it's a good challenge, hilly fairways, raised greens, and slopes. Go play!
