Not Bad for the $
Very reasonably priced on Sunday compared to surrounding courses. Lot of players on the course but we'll spaced. Greens are slow but are in really nice shape. The only negatives I have are there is no driving range. Just a putting green. So no normal warmup. Also the golf carts are old gas carts. Emphasis on old. Other than that very enjoyable course.
Not Bad for the Money
Scored a great deal with Golf Now $18+tax. So, was interested in what we would find. The greens are in very good shape, but small. The fairways are mostly playable but could use some improving. Tee boxes need a lot of work. The beer was cold and priced right. A fun track to play for little money.
Don’t let the yardage fool you
Very challenging little course. The yardage from the whites is just over 5400 yards. While that might seem short, the course protects itself with the smallest greens you’ve probably ever seen. Additionally, many of the greens are styled in the upside down bowl variety so the ball rolls back to you if you miss your spot. And as the name suggests, wind is always a factor. Hit your spots and you’ll love the course. And a strong wedge game will definitely come in handy. Really loved the course and the challenge it presented. Will definitely play again.
Typical municipal course
Most approaches to greens are uphill. Greens are fairly small and turtle backed. Tight less everywhere. I've played this Course before but not in spring or summer. I've no idea if it gets better. But as a warm-up course or get in a round - like the title - it uses a typical municipal course.
Greens were in great condition and was fun to play!
Course is in good condition for the price and always enjoyable to play especially being the only public course in the area.
Good vaue
Shorter course with very challenging small greens. Very good value especially with the GolfNow hot deal.
Great course
Challenging course lists of elevation changes. Small greens will test your skill. But overall great experience.
My Hometown Course!
Been playing this course since I was a kid. It is the best hometown public course anyone could ask for!
