Troy Country Club

These are the smallest greens I've ever seen on a course. I would estimate that the greens average around 800 sq ft. There is very little grass on the greens, and they were rolling around 12-13. The overall condition of the fairways were poor to fair. The layout has potential, but the greens need to be renewed and increased in size. There are a lot of blind shots, especially on the front nine - bells or other sounding devices would be beneficial. We played three rounds during a weekend tournament, and the greens became harder, faster, and drier through the weekend. The tournament consensus was the green conditions became unplayable and unfair, especially on Sunday.
