Nice course
This is one of my “go to” courses in this area. The course was a little dry due to lack of rain. The greens were lush and a little on the slow side, and still recovering from aeration, but nicer than most other courses.

Ok shape
The course is in ok shape. Most of the greens looked like the moon, there were so many pitch marks on the green. We tried to fix as many as we could on every hole without slowing pace of play. Would love to have a cart person come around every now and then.

Love the course, hate the pace of play
Wedgewood is beautiful, with a great clubhouse and staff. Their prices are reasonable too. Downfall, they pack in the tee times which creates huge wait times. I played a solo round on a Saturday, teed off at 11:15, and did not finish up til 3:45. It was that slow. They need a Marshall driving around to keep the pace up. Otherwise, love the course. I will be back. Go play here, just keep in mind you’ll want plenty and snacks and drinks and an open schedule.

Time on course to d$mn long!
Course allowed play to drag on. Spent 5 hours on course. No a single hole I played that I didn’t have to wait 3-5 minutes to make my next shot. Some were even longer. No marshals to speed up play, and the club allowed groups of 6, 7, and even 8.
I WILL NOT PLAY THIS CLUB AGAIN….

Love this course!
Wedgewood has something for everyone! Fast and true greens, narrow fairways, hazards close to landing areas, and elevated greens. Great course for a challenge in this area and well maintained.

Slow Play
A friend and I played on a Saturday using a Hot Deal Near Me for $39.99 per player special. The weather was beautiful and the course was in very good shape other than a few greens that were under repair. There is a large practice putting green but the range is subpar for our area courses. There aren't any restrooms on the course other than portapotty's. They do have a nice clubhouse, pro shop, and snack bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
We were enjoying the pace of play until the 5th hole where we caught up to two groups of 6 players.
We asked the twosome playing behind us to join us to slow our pace of play but they declined stating they were playing the worst game of their lives that day and no one in the group ahead of us offered to let us play through. A Marshall on the course on a Saturday could help pace of play and the enjoyment of the day for everyone. Our round lasted 5 plus hours.
I do recommend playing Wedgewood but you may want to call the Pro Shop and ask how many groups with more than 4 are on the course before hand. I certainly will in the future.
