Very nice public course
This course was fun and easy. Great course to play for all levels. When we arrived to the course it wasn’t very organized. The guy distributing the golf carts (most are very old and no coolers) was running back and forth and didn’t provide much instruction. The check in staff was not friendly and seemed bothered at how busy the course was. The course overall was great with nice tee boxes, fairways, and greens. It was a bit confusing on where the cart paths technically were but the course was easy to drive around on. Overall great course minus the staffs lack of friendliness. Will definitely be returning for another fun round
Payton Golf Club
A nice course with some great holes and is at elevation so much better temperature. The course is challenging for being so short you have to hit good shots off the tee and you can score. The clubhouse restaurant is good with nice selection of food and good wait staff.
Great course for the price. Fairways and greens were in good shape, very challenging course, especially the back nine, pace of play was excellent. Easy drive from Phoenix
Due to health issues I hadn't played golf here for a couple of years.
The course was in good shape since the last time I played it. It was fairly busy but we moved right along with very little wait. There have been many improvements to the course amenities and has improved the course's appearance. It was a pleasant experience from the time I checked in until we finished the last hole.
