Dry conditions
I like this course, however right now it’s a little too dry. We could barely get a tee into some of the tee boxes because the ground was so hard. Also trying to hit a shot from the fairway was difficult due to the dry conditions especially from a tight lie. They either need to water more or we need some rain to soften things up.
Great course for your money
I love playing this course because the cost is usually low, and it's not busy. Greens are typically fast, but the course was exceptionally dry today (6/27/21). Only the rough and low spots were even remotely soft. Tee boxes were like concrete, sand was hard, fairway barely gave divots, and the greens didn't even have dents much less divots. Staff are always great, and it wasn't too busy.
We're glad you found value in your round here at Stonebridge Golf Club. Come play again soon!
Needs water!
I play here alot. Love the course. Bunkers are looking better but need sand. Several bunkers are unplayable. Course is extremely dry. Fairways and greens need water. T box.s are so hard you can barely put a t in the ground.
I was made to ride a cart with someone I DID NOT KNOW!
I booked a 8:52am tee time to play 18 holes by myself. A foursome in front of me tee’d off at 8:50. While I waited for the foursome to get to the green, a single player arrived at the first tee behind me. He asked if I minded if he joined me. Although I did not know him, I said I didn’t mind. When we were about to start the back 9, the marshall came to us and said we have to ride two people to a cart. He says they were busy and they needed the cart. He also said it was the rule, “2 TO A CART, NO EXCEPTIONS!”There were about 10 carts sitting along side the club house. I not sure how to feel about being made to ride with a person I did not know, ESPECIALLY DURING COVID. I was extremely uncomfortable and my back nine sucked. Thanks!
Enjoyed the course
The course had aeriated the greens but, that were playable. Overall the course was fun to play. Had quite a few blind tee shots.
Slow play
Sand traps need a lot of work
Got behind very slow group on back side

I don’t know
The course is in good shape but it took forever to play because the 2 4 teams would not let anyone through and they were taking for ever to do anything.
Thank you for the excellent review!
Need to get some water on the greens
I live close to stonebridge so I play it all the time. It's very convenient and at times I play it's not crowded. I'm not sure how stonebridge waters the course, but if we have a few rainless weeks they're gonna loose some greens. Particularly #17, it's in the sun all day. The management of the course has been in place for a while and they have made some good changes like straightening out most of the bunker's. I just hope they can keep it green during the hot days ahead
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback, and we look forward to your next visit soon.
WARNING:Carts must be in by 7pm...
...even though subset was not until 7:58 & there was enough light to play until past 8:15. I paid a little after 5pm & no one said anythibg about carts having to be in at 7pm. I was taking my time - hitting lots of balls, just working on stuff (1st time on a ciurse in 3,months due to shoulder injuey). I never saw another player in front of or behind me. After the 6th hole, a cart boy whim I had a friendly conversation with on 6th tee, came back and told me that carts needed to be in in about 10 minutes. I thought that’s weird, but whatever, I will just play the last 3 holes real quick and get on in. I hit my tee shot on 8 and as I drive up to the green an old man drives up yelling “pick up your ball and get the cart in. I gotta shut this ppace down”. We had a little back and forth, then he said “yiou are 3 holes behind the grriup in front of you”, as if I had started right behind them. (I gave no idea how far ib front of me they started.
Regardless, I wasnt hurting anyone...the real ooint is that it is ridiculous to require carts to be in an hour before sunset. And, if you are going to do that, you need to clearly explain that to people when they are paying for a cart.
Course was in pretty good shape. Greens had probably been aerated about 2 weeks ago, so they werent perfect, but should be very good in another week or so.
I gave Staff Friendliness 2 stars since the guy in the clubhouse and cart boy were nive enough, but the crotchety okd man will succeed in shutting the place down if he keeps treating their customers like that.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star rating! We hope to see you back at Stonebridge Golf Course again soon.
Thank you for the excellent review!
Stonebridge Play
They aerated the greens which made putting terrible and not fun! The grass hasn't grown very well in fairways and the approach shots, so we were hitting off of mud on most shots. Maybe in a month it will get better. You would think that they would give you a price break with such bad course conditions.
The Mississippi courses were far better on this golf trip!!
T times
I play here all the time. Love the course and the staff is always accommodating. Bunkers have improved but they still have work to do. Several times over the last 2 months there are no t-times available online on their website or on golf now. But you call the course and they are open. I have personally brought this to light with no answers as to why. Seems like they are losing significant business because of this.
Thank you for your kind words! The team has worked very hard to get where we are, and we appreciate golfers like you taking notice. We hope to see you again at the course very soon for another 5-star experience. Thanks for choosing Stonebridge Golf Course

Great Location - NOT So Easy to do Business
First I like this course for the most part. The traps, while are looking better than before, still don't have enough sand in them to really be "sand traps."
My biggest concern, is the ability to book tee times at this course. Usually 2 days or more their website is down for tee times and therefore unavailable thru GolfNow. This is a common occurrence, and no one there seems very interested in keeping them on-line. No one seems to be paying attention to their website and being able to book tee times on-line.
We love hearing about our golfers' experiences. Please tell us more about what you enjoyed during your round. Thanks for choosing Stonebridge Golf Course!
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. We are going to pass on your feedback to the team. Thanks for visiting Stonebridge Golf Course, and we hope to see you again in the future.
