Fun day playing golf
Great course and condition of fairways and greens are improving each week!
One of the best public courses in Memphis
One of the best public courses in Memphis . Lots of character. Not just a flat lifeless course.
The greens are in horrific shape and there needs to be some work done on the fairways.as well.
Horrible
Greens were terrible. Clubhouse looked like a crackhouse. Golf carts were terrible. Everything sucked. It’s a shame because 2 years ago this course was great
What Happened?
Played this course 4 years ago as a resident and it was beautiful. Flew in from out of state and was shocked to find that was no longer the case. The layout, architecture, shot shapes are fantastic, but the fairways are dirt tracks with less grass than a parking lot. That being said, the back 9 was in drastically better shape. There is a lot better places to spend $50 on a round. I hope this course can return to what it once was.
Extra charge for cart if single player
The GN price $32.40 for a single player during the week.
I went over today to play 18 as a single player. They was going to charge me an extra $4 on the cart fee because I was playing alone.
The season is early.
Enjoyed being out with a friend. It’s a little too early for course ratings. Nothing bad to say though. I’m going back.
Just dont
I have played a lot of courses in my day. I have never played a course in such terrible shape.
Please spend your 30$ at a better course you’ll thank me.
Going down hill
I played Quail Ridge just out of convenience. It’s close to my house and some buddies invited me. It’s NOT WORTH IT. This place has been going downhill for year. There’s trash everywhere, dilapidated stairs and buildings, and busted cart paths. There are zero restroom areas except the club house. The pace of play was awful—it took over 5 hours to play and when we finished cops were there because people weren’t getting into it in the parking lot. This is not worth $50+.
