River Wilds Golf Club

The day before we played the course had a Big Cup Tournament...... the day when we played they had not changed the holes out. So every green you aimed at the flag which was placed on the wrong hole, it was rather frustrating because we wanted to use regulation holes..... And you honestly had no idea where they were until you walked up on the green.

We felt like we should have been informed of this before we paid $$ to play and we might have chose a different course.

They were rather unfriendly about it in the clubhouse when we voiced our disappointment.

We expected better treatment as paying customers

Always a good time at this course. Even better now that some tree coverage was removed. Really opened it up nicely.

I played here once or twice many years ago. I was in Omaha visiting and made tee time online. Staff was great, the guys I got pared up with, great. We got behind what looked like the last group of a senior league so pace of play was slow. No worries, weather was perfect and I was making birdies!

Always enjoy River Wilds. Nice combo old-school, new-school track. Close by without the city influence. Course was in great shape. Play was slow, but that was because of slow groups in front of us. It happens. Only issue was no coffee or breakfast amenities available at 8:30 AM. Nothing ready to grab on the turn, either. Thinking it was just a one-off issue. Not a big deal. Thanks for a fun 18 hole round!

Enjoyable round with a Hot Deal, paired with a friendly stranger and we had a great time.

I always enjoy playing River Wilds. The course is in great shape and the greens are smooth and roll true. Some of the rough under the trees have bare spots/weeds but overall the course is in great shape. I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't played it before.

I grew up on this course and it’s always a blast for me. Some bad raccoon damage but the course is in the woods and it’s hard to contain raccoons unless you have armed overnight patrols 😂. Fairways were solid. Greens just punched which is fine. It’s late season. Dudes throwing and packing sand while we were on tee box without a care in world was weird to me but for 35-40 bux what you gonna do? Was fun.
