Grandview Golf Course

This could be a hidden gem. Especially for retired folks.

I’ve played this course for years. Usually once or twice a year. Have to say I don’t know if I’ll be back. A few years ago I had a hole in one! I’m probably being a little harsh on a few things. I have no problems with the staff or layout. The problem is two fold. One the overall condition of the course is it’s consistently in poor condition. Greens have bald patches. It can be argued that it’s been a dry summer but the other few courses I played the greens were in good condition. I get this is not a high dollar country club, please water the greens. The other big issue is the cost. (I get it you need to generate income to pay staff and equipment and maintenance on the course). But I paid $25. for 9 with a cart. I paid less for the last three course I played and they were full length courses and in comparison much much better condition. That’s the issue. Too much $ and poor quality. Offer retirees a small discount. Water the greens. Maybe? I’ll try again next year.
