Enjoyable day
Course in great shape played in 3 hours in early afternoon. I travel an hour and a half to play the course and it was worth it. I play it 2 or 3 times a year, wish it was closer. Highly recommend.
Pretty course
We have played this course before, and liked it so well that we drive an hour and a half to play it. However, this time the pace of play was so bad (5hrs). There were holes where we were stacked 3&4 groups at a tee box. This is hard to understand with 10 minute tee times. They need a Marshall on the course to keep things moving. This ridiculously slow play is definitely a deterrent for our return on a weekend. The positives are it is a beautiful course and the conditions were very good.
Been a while.....
Had not played the course in a few years. Mostly due to where it is vs where I live. It is a tough course for me, or probably anyone who has not played it regularly. You have to know where to hit, and be able to put it there,
The course itself was in GREAT shape. Kudos to the grounds crew. Green were true and quick. Water can be an issue if you miss your stroke.
Great little course
The Links at Erie Village is a gem of a course. Not overly long but there is trouble on most holes if you spray. Great value as other courses in area charge about the same for not nearly the same condition. Twilight rate on weekends is a steal. Only drawback to this place is the secret is out so be ready for a packed house.
Definitely in the top best
Course was super well maintained. Definitely a little more difficult but who ever got better playing easy courses? Wish they had drink carts making rounds but that's minor I'll definitely be back. Very awesome course.
Fun, but a definite challenge
Challenging course but lots of fun to play! Take a few extra balls to feed the ponds. Greens are fast until they aren't! Will definitely play again and recommend to friends.
Tough but fun
This course has a great layout with plenty of water holes, Aside from the 9th and 18th bunkers, the rest are mostly dirt and could use plenty of new sand. The greens are fast, but fair. strong recommend
Poor customer service
This course will allow you to book online while being closed due to weather….still waiting for hopefully a full refund!
Played on a Sunday!
Unfortunately I left my golf shoes home, so I decided to bite the bullet and get some from the pro shop. The Pro shop did not carry shoes or for that matter. they only had Golf Balls and a few clearance shirts. No biggie, but then we get assigned a filthy cart! I checked the other carts out also. They were all dirty. It seems just a few months ago they had to sanitize carts, I would think just washing and keeping them clean wouldn't be that hard. Pace of play was okay for a Sunday about 5 hours. We were a twosome behind a family with 2 young kids that wouldn't let us through... And there was no Ranger.
