Good Open Course
Good value...wide and open course. The box turf was a little hard, should get better as season progresses.

In better shape than played before. Very short course and tee boxes not in great shape but everything else in solid shape. Good beginner or practice course

Beginner course
Ideal course for beginners. Short, easy to walk, no sand, water or hazards to worry about. For anyone else, this is just a “practice” course for you.

Great Course to Teach
No hazards and cheap prices allow for a great environment to teach people to play golf in a stress free way. Course was in pretty good shape given how dry it has been, the tee boxes however were patchy dirt and pretty bad. Other than that, this course is cheap and beginner friendly. That being said, be ready to wait a little bit on the weekends because there are many beginners out there. I'll keep going for the low cost.

No etiquette from other golfers
Two singles were skipping and jumping holes seemingly at random. This is especially annoying when someone who wasn't there suddenly cuts in front of you to play a hole. Twosome played the sides out of order so suddenly made the turn back to front and seemed annoyed that they had to wait for me on hole 1. the only reason to play this course is the hot deal price.
