Alot of doglegs
Geraldine gold club aka Denfield is a challenging course with alot of doglegs requiring course management. A list of the doglegs are holes 1, 2 is a double left dogleg, 4, 5, 11, 13 and a few minor ones. Soil based greens can be tough to hold but not impossible if taking wedges at them. There's two tee boxes yellows and white. The clubhouse facilities are lacking a bit in being open to get a drink or food. No club pro and the practice area is suited towards short game only. Overall a pretty decent course and good value for money being $30 NZD a round.
