Poor condition but good views

Tight par 70 layout, sloping fairways and greens challenging but in good condition. Bunkers are not maintained, inconsistent and lack sand. Grass growing (!) in multiple bunkers.

Unfortunately we didn’t come for the views we came for the golf.
