I wish this was a second public course in Oysterbay always. What a waste to Develope

Had a tee time for 1210 no golf carts available had to wait about an hour for a cart to come in ridiculous ,,, also after first cut the rough is about 12 inches tall can’t find balls looking all day crazy

Play on a perfect weather day. Tee box fairway and fringe are all excellent . First cut as of today about 2 inches. Rough are 4 to 8 inches, some area are thin n some very thick. Greens are terrible. A lot of damage green and replacement turf. Very slow!, like 8 on the meter. Bathroom just don’t go there, horrible. Driving range very good with grass only and no mats! Course with few people and staffs are awesome. $95 weekday are highest in the area For that price, green need to be above 10 or 11 on the stimpmeter and good condition. As of now not recommended.

Course is in descent shape considering they are closing due to a developer coming in and putting up condos. Rough is long, tee boxes & fairways are in good shape. Greens are slow and few have some patch work. If want to play just play before there is no longer a club, Staff was so amazing and very friendly.

Used to be private. Got bought with the promise to keep open. They lied. There are NO MEMBERS anymore. They are building mansions on the property, but they are selling tee times through Oct. The course design is fantastic if you dont mind ALOT of doglegs. Staff is GREAT. They are handcuffed with very few carts. People wait or just walk slowing pace of play. The really deep rough (like Bethpage Black) slows play also. Greens are slow AF. I'm imagining the course will get worse as close down date approaches. Regrettably

Closed up country club that will soon be a housing development. Course is in good shape so play it while you can.

Amazing layout and beautiful course that is now a ghost town. I would have loved to play this a few years ago in full swing but it’s sadly getting dozed to build houses. The course is in disrepair. Fairways are ok and greens are still solid on most holes but many have off color patch jobs, or an abundance of leaves/ trimmings/debris that actively will affect your roll. The rough is a black hole that will swallow the best of ball tracking. Even the approach to the green feels like a soggy shag carpet. If properly maintained I would happily come play again and look forward to each round. But as is, I can check it off the list of courses

Played twice when it was private around 10 years ago

Good value for the money.

Only gripe is that the greens were a little slow and 3 are still recovering. They could have been rolled a little

Had a very enjoyable round today at Tam. Still plenty of challenging holes and a fun course overall. Obviously needs work but given that it’s on its last legs, I think it’s a great place to play while you can.
