Golf de Reims is an exceptional course in the heart of Champagne, offering a bubble of tranquility just a stone's throw away from the city center of Reims. Originally designed in 1928 on the route of the coronations and amidst the Champagne vineyards by architect Tom Simpson, the original 9 holes of Golf de Reims were extended to 18 holes in 1973 by Michael Fenn, giving birth to a magnificent inland English-style course. The warm Clubhouse, housed in the Golf de Reims offers delicious cuisine to be enjoyed in the restaurant around a grand fireplace or in summer under the shade of ancient plane trees.

First Time Playing

Golf de Reims

First time playing golf in France. If you're in Champagne region this course was fun to play. Played the 'yellow' tees slope 128. From the tips or 'white' tees it would clearly be more difficult. Greens are small and most are slightly elevated. Hard clay throughout, but that's the region.
