The Domaine de la Freslonnière has a history of over 700 years. The castle at Golf de la Freslonnière has been inhabited by the same family, the Frelons, since its origins in the 13th century. In the 1980s, Golf de la Freslonnière was constructed on 60 hectares of the castle's park, designed in the heart of the estate's century-old forest.
