Pipestone Golf Club
About
There are plenty of trees, water and sand at Pipestone Golf Club, located in northern Alberta. There is antique furniture and old farmhouse paraphernalia in the clubhouse, and you'll find antique farm equipment and log houses out on the golf course. The long par-3 third is the signature hole. A net on the right fairway next to the tee box at no. 4 protects the next group from a wayward shot. The fourth is also a par 3, shorter but over water.

First Time At Pipestone this Year
Got a heck of a deal on GolfNow, showed up at the course early, got on early which was great, after that it wasn't so good, the greens & fringes were in very good shape but the fairways wear rock hard with grass that would not support the ball. My wife injured her hand & I injured my right arm. Might be ok for the regular golfers who golf there frequently but coming from another course it was tough.
Great time
First time at the couse. Even though it had rain the night before the course was awesome and well maintained. The staff is awesome and friendly. Will definitely go again.
The course is a fun course , the back 9 is definitely got some challenges. The staff is really good and the food is good pub food . Course is overpriced
