Carts were in very poor condition. We had to push one of them up hill 4 times. Cart paths were so bad, almost wrecked my back with the bumpy ride.

Fairways were decent, most greens were too. Layout of most holes was on a slope left - right - or up.

For the price, it was ok.

The staff were excellent.

Fairways were like playing from rough on some holes, cart path is pretty bumpy dangerous some areas good course if your looking for a challenging course and hole conditions don't really matter to you.

Bring many balls to be landed in the water and bushes.

It's a bit of a goat track but I can't describe how much fun it was. It's a challenge to play but the greens were in solid shape, just fairways were a bit rough. You will not score well but it's a fun place

No maintenance. Dangerous stiff cart road.

Based on previous reviews, I wasn't expecting much. It was better than expected! Not a course I would go in with high hopes of posting a good score, and I didn't. The fairways were decent, greens were not pristine, but rolled true (some greens had large areas under repair). No insane bounces from decent shots. It is a hike to walk! It is a track that makes you think and keeps you honest. I will definitely go back.

We tee'd off at 8:40am no one in front of us and no one behind us, we finished at 1:00pm it usually takes my buddy and I 3-3.5 hrs to play a full course, I don't not recommend this course for seniors or unfit people, the cart paths they have are brutal and dangerous, serious ankle injury's are a high risk, the greens are garbage, they're was more dirt than green in one hole , I would only play this course again if it had the 15$ special other than that I'm not paying 28$ for a unmaintained course, also found a abandoned cart sitting on a path because it died in the middle of a round, the hills are to steep for the carts and the brakes don't even work sometimes, overall not very happy, go at own risk.

Lovely setting in the mountains. You need to know the course and hit your balls straight. .Bring extra balls. Lots of sloped fairways. Course is a little rough, but fun to play. .Greens aren't perfect, Walking is a good workout cart paths very rough if using a cart. This is good value for the money.. This is a very challenging golf course. Nice staff..

Forget the golf course, the best experience is driving your cart on these bombed out cart paths. Worth the price alone and consider playing a round of golf as the bonus!

This place could be a lot better with minimal effort. Proper leveled tee boxes, branches and debris removed, signs to direct you to the next tee off area, cart paths that aren't downright dangerous, yardage markers. You get what you pay for . . .

This is not a course for most golfers. It’s different than any other I’ve played. It’s a labour of love course, homemade with good family history and local pride. It’s built into the existing landscape with rolling fairways and deep woods surrounding each hole. I used a GPS app which was essential for determining the layout and ideal strategy. It also came in handy a few times in finding the next tee. I walked with a push cart and the back 9 was a strenuous hike over steep rocky and rooty trails. The greens are rough. If you miss the fairway, in most cases your ball is gone. I lost quite a few. But the layout is so unique and often majestic that the course is well worth playing. It feels like a course from the early days of the game. There was almost no one else there and I could take my time on each hole, playing a couple of balls here and there and plotting good shots. If there had been a crowd, it would have been dicey as a lot of the drives are blind and you can’t tell if groups have cleared. Don’t let bad reviews keep you away - it’s easy to criticize but if you like courses with character where no one pushes you, this is a great spot. The value is amazing and the rewards for great shots are huge. I’ll be back for sure.
