Hollies Executive Golf Course
About
Hollies Golf Course is situated in Alberni Valley at the base of Mount Arrowsmith. The course sits on the site of a former dairy farm and is named after the orchard of Holly trees that used to sprawl across the landscape. Many of the trees still line the front lawn of the clubhouse. Originally opened in 1965, Hollies G.C. has hosted a few famous players over the years, including Walt Disney and members of the British royal family. The executive layout is comprised of six par 3s and three short par-4 holes. The golf course is mostly flat and there are only a few trees and sand traps. It may not be the course you're looking for if you want a formidable challenge but for beginners, it provides a fun but gentle introduction to the game.

Great fun thank you guys.
Great little 9 hole layout. Good for beginner had lots of fun. Greens great for time of year.
Great course for beginners
This is a great wee course for practicing your short game or if you are a beginner like me. There are lots of water holes and even though a short course, was able to use my driver and hybrids as well as my irons. Would recommend!
