Overall, an average course.
Great for those that shoots straight and challenging for those of us that slices and pull our shots. 2 weeks after greens were punched and sanded, it was a bit slow and on the thicker end. I'm sure within the next couple more weeks, greens will be immaculate. The pace of play were quite slow for regular Greenacres though. I felt it was a typical case of Guildford golf course, where they just cramped as many golfers in as they could to make that exact few dollars with no concerns for the pace of play. Now, everyone that is up to play feels they need to hurry so others behind them don't have to wait too long, cause miss hits, rush plays and no time to survey the greens before putting. I can honestly say that I could have made many pars and birdies, if I only feel I have the time play at a regular pace.

Hole 18 is not really well desigbed! And pity thatbthere is no practice! Rest is ok!
Best value for the challenge
Excellent course to play your best round. Great layout makes for an enjoyable round. With risk and reward holes, this course is not easy yet fair. It doesn't punish you too badly but if you don't hit your drives well, it can be a very long day.
We were lied to
We called the proshop and was told that the green will not be punched or sanded as 1040am. I booked course shortly after. Upon arriving on the course, we noticed every greens were punched and sanded. When we approached the proshop, the staff completely denied about telling us those incorrect information. Talk about bringing a sandwedge to the green. It is completely un-puttable. Not only we were not given anything to make this situation better, we were told that it could have been 'Golf Now' staffs that informed us instead of the Greenacres proshop staff. Absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional to be pointing fingers.

Course is in good condition. For the price it’s almost can’t be beat and I play all the courses across the lower mainland.

So good to play on this course. It was very easy to book tee time with Golf now.
Not like other public Golf course very hard to book using their ups ,not user friendly.
