Good in the summer but slow
Always a very slow pace of play at this course. Summer time it's usually in good condition but do not go here within a couple weeks of any rainfall it turns into a absolute mud pit. I enjoy the layout of this course and is fairly enjoyable to play besides the usual waits.

Fun from the Tees
Played this course a few times this season. Found it a bit easier to play in the spring than mid July, but a nice relaxing course in the city.
Pace is pretty average, I tend to go with one or two friends, and most times we get paired with people regardless of the time time. Not the longest course, but there are some challenging par 4's.
Overall, great year round course if you live in the area.
