Great value
It was a Saturday so I expected the pace of play to be slow but it was really slow.
Work in progress
It's a good intermediate course with lots of work ongoing. Damaged trees are being removed, grounds being repaired. Even though the sand traps are water filled and there is a bit of free standing water on some fairways It's still 90% dry. There are some good challenges so don't pass it by if you're rusty from the winter lay-off.
Not Ready for the Season
No amenities available, bathrooms were closed and porta potties substituted. Few benches for relaxing on the tee box. No food or beverage available. No area to blow off shoes or carts. As far as course prep goes, this one is well behind a number of others who all offer food, beverages, benches, a place to sit and enjoy a meal, etc. This course needs to step it up significantly.
Should have been closed
Course had lakes in the fairways. Not sure why it wasn’t closed.
Late Autumn Golf, sunny but cold.
grounds are very soggy. Autumn leaves will gobble your balls up so bring a few.
beautiful Autumn sunny day, can'y complain.
Super slow green
We played on a rainy day. The fairway is okay. The green is just super slow. Off the green, it is better to chip than to putt.
Nice course but...
Missed two holes as poor signage around the 6th and 7th holes. Other than that, the course was a lot of fun.
