Course was in poor shape

Greens had recently been aerated and were in need of a mowing

Fairways were like concrete and almost every shot you had to look for a patch of grass to hit off of

The Course is in great shape this year! Definitely going back!

My first time on this course. I find it is a beautiful course, a bit challenging on some holes for me but that is ok!!

Given our weather this spring/summer there were some very wet areas and yet, some very dry areas. I found we were able to keep a good pace throughout, although the last several holes got backed up as a group of 5 were ahead of us and this slowed things down for us and the people behind us.

There was no cart girl out and that would have been a nice touch as it was a very hot day.

The Clubhouse looked great, very clean and very friendly staff.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this course to anyone and I look forward to playing there again!!

Sandy Hook was a beautiful well maintained golf course and worth the trip. The only issue with the course was the fairways were still a little wet in some areas due to excessive rain recently. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I look forward to playing it again.

Greens are in great shape. Ball rolls easy and true.

With all the wet weather we have had this spring. It effects the fairways and rough.

Look forward to booking a game now that we have had some warm weather.

Greens are in great great shape. The ball runs true no bouncing or jumping as it travels along the line you put it on. Makes you look forward to playing the next green.

This is the part that is Unfair,

Do to a very very wet spring, the course is still feeling the effects from it. The grounds crews and management deserve a lot of praise for what they have accomplished and I look forward to playing there soon.
