15th hole is probably my favourite. Sometimes you have to pass people but they’re always friendly about pace.

Wide open after all these years

I have played there on and off since about 1972 and most of the course still has no trees. If you can bomb it, but maybe not straight, this is the place for you. Greens were all good but a lot of fairways were lumpy with a lot of poor spots. It's on a river so should be watered more. River holes are vg, with 14 having a killer green.
