Always a good day
Very good day at the golf course this course was in very good condition. There was a twosome in front of a four that was holding up the course there was empty Fairways in front of them which made the pace a little bit slower than what it ought to have been. The twosome would not let the other people play through.
Just another great golf day
Very well maintained course with good variety of challenges at one of the better economical courses in Nova Scotia . We played just behind a tournament but was not delayed any more than expected.
A course that should be tried by all
Course is in fantastic shape! Great course that can be challenging but fair. Very flat so it makes for a great walk.
Nice mature course
Played in pouring rain. The course handled the rain with ease. (very little puddling ). The greens are excellent.
Quality at a Reasonable Price
The Truro Golf Course is a public course which stands above most of the other courses near by. It is not a long course however you need to use all the clubs in your bag. The greens have a speed and design which will challenge yohr skill level. In addition the club house and 19th hole have that old style warmth which makes feel at home.

Course layout is excellent. Definitely needed to use all the clubs in my golf bag.
I'd put this course in the 8-9 out of 10 scale.
Nice course
Play here quite a bit. Good course. Well maintained. Greens are good and run true. I would recommend to any average or better golfer.

The staff were great, we had no hold up, which was wonderful even though the course was fairly busy, really enjoyed the course

Easy to walk, well laid out, nice challenge on some holes for my type of play.
Truto Golf Club
As always, the course was in good shape. Play was started on the back nine, and carts were not allowed on the front nine, so we had the option of doing the back nine twice, or walking the front nine, which we did. Truro is not a terrible walking course so no issues there. It was soon apparent that the front nine did have some wet spots, and even sand traps filled with water, warranting the power cart ban. It was still a great day for golf on a mature course in reasonable shape for so early in the season.
Excellent Value
This is a fun course to play. There is a generous fairway for your tee shots, but well guarded small greens, that are generally undulating.

Great lay out, fast greens. Classic Stanley Thompson course. Highly recommended.
