This course needs water and grass seed
It has potential but the tee boxes on some holes had no playable grass (par 3s), basically all the par 4 and 5s were just a field of dead grass and dirt it was better to hit the ball in the rough, fairways were like playing off concrete (I actually hit a shot off the cart path because the grass around it was worse). The only real positives were the greens and about 5 feet before it. They were actually really green and the ball played well on them I loved them. But bottom line is they need to water everything not just the greens and my green fee covers a few bags of grass seed.
Good bang for your buck
Great staff that work there. Unfortunately we had to wait for 10 minutes on pretty much every hole. Marshals tried their best to keep everyone moving but the course was busy and it happens sometimes. Ground was hard throughout and some tee boxes were pretty chewed up. The best course I've played this year dealing with Covid related issues.
Father /Son Golf Day
Greens were really good, tee blocks were mostly good some chewed up to the point of being just dirt.Fairways were burnt to a crisp, it’s been hot but it wouldn’t hurt to throw down some water on the fairways. Was a really hot day no refreshments cart on the course. The cart I had stuttered for 30 seconds every time i drove off.
Poor fairways....
People and staff are super friendly but I have to say....its the worse golf course I played in.
Fairway's are as hard as concrete and the sand traps are terrible.
Fun and cute
Very nice course. Short but has a challenge and the staff are amazing.
Please work on your tee boxes
Tees look like they have not seen grass seed since the street of the season. Fairways were dry, but we haven’t had much rain lately.
Great value for the money, and played in just under 4 hours. Can’t argue with that.
Value
Best course in the area for the money
Friendly staff, good conditions and play was moving quickly
Bad Experience at this golf course
After being stuck inside for 3 months due to Covid-19 my group and I were so happy to be playing golf, especially for fathers day. Three of us had carts. One walked. 2 of us were seniors playing as well. We finished this course in 3 hours and 14 minutes.
Right when we got there, we weren't greeted by friendly staff. After the fourth hole we were harassed and pushed by the marshals, and 3 course members who were playing behind us. Those so called members weren't social distancing, or following golf etiquette. We couldn't line up our putts or shots without these guys intimidating us by swinging away behind us, crossing their arms with a disgusting look, and pushing us and they never caught up to us. I've been playing golf for sixty years and have been a member at top notch golf courses and I truly believe in golf etiquette.
Again, we finished our round in 3 hours and 14 minutes which is excellent for 4 golfers and 18 holes. The marshals for some reason weren't happy as they told us to pick up the pace even though we were way ahead of schedule. They were pushy and demanding. We teed off at 7:52am and finished at 11:06am and they still weren't pleased with this.
The greens were okay, the fairways needed some work, and the tee boxes were terrible.
This didn't feel like a golf game. It felt like we were on a fast conveyer belt and just couldn't enjoy it at all.
Again, 3 hours and 14 minutes and it wasn't good enough.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience for a father's day gift.
If you want harassment and intimidation by the marshals and the so called members this is the place to go to.
Day on the course...
Normally this course is a great place to enjoy a round of golf... it’s a basic Golf course, however maintained in below average condition..... greens in good shape.
Suggest they use a piece of pool noodle at flag stick rather than a plastic pipe... seen the pool noodle used and it works very well...
Biggest objection.... the excessive cost for cart rental.... was $15 per individual per cart, now was charged $25 plus tax...excessive gouging...
I do understand the concern about the COVID-19 virus & the limitations, however, the layout of golfer flow from parking to Checking to carts, to exit the course, should be revisited and restructured to be much more efficient. Seen it work much better at other courses...
