Heritage Hills Golf Club

About
Heritage Hills Golf Club, conveniently located just minutes from downtown Barrie, has an interesting layout that features a combination of wide open, links-style holes and holes framed by mature forest. Although there are numerous strategically placed bunkers and swales, there are also generous landing areas that make it accessible to players of all skill levels. Willow Creek winds through the hilly landscape, offering beautiful scenery. Heritage Hills Golf Club’s greens are large and undulating, and there is the occasional double-tiered green. Although there is only one distinct water hazard, which is on the 12th, the course requires many demanding carries over the creek. Heritage Hills also offers a grass range with target greens and a practice putting green for golfers to use.

Except for 1 muddy fairway, The course was great
A little challenging, but a pleasant experience. I'd play this course again.
A bit wet
$62 on golf now with a cart. Got off early. Greens held nicely due to wet conditions. Fairways extremely short. And very wet.
Like this course plays well to my game. Will come back when a bit dryer.
Great value for $$
Just a little soggy on a few holes. Left over winter and spring melt and run-off water
Good day for it. A little on the cool side but descent for Barrie (north of Toronto). Just too bad that hot deals are hard to come by on the weekends in the Toronto area. Only found 1 last year and this one but we had to travel 1 hour and 15 mins to get this one. I've played in other cities and Toronto is the only one I know where in the last two years, the hot deals are extremely infrequent on weekends. Compared with Miami there is not only one to be found on the weekend, there are always about a dozen within 20 miles. Chicago is similar. I would not any longer recommend Golfpass to Canadians living in or around the greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Near Perfect
For mid April it was great, bit cool at about 9C, only thing keeping this from a perfect 10 was it is April, course had wet spots but what can you expect. Liked the course and it is very reasonable, looking forward to going back.
Brutal customer service
We had a tee time for a foursome and drove an hour to play. Only to find out that the golf course was closed. Not even an email was sent out. Met two other groups up there same issue no email recieved.

The course was very wet! They had a big rainstorm the night before our round!
