I learned to play golf here and now my boys are. Great beginner course.

But please improve the 2nd and 5th greens. You can’t putt. They’re on hills.

Beautiful Byrnell

Played our first round at Byrnell this season this past weekend. The fairways and greens are in really great shape, the carts are cushy and the staff are, as always, friendly. And thanks to some gentlemen in front of us who welcomed us to play through, the pace of play was excellent!

Good, but not great

First time playing here, and probably the last. Figured I’d give it a try since it’s close to home, but the pace of play was really slow. Groups were taking a really long time getting through the holes and this course plays pretty short. Very hilly and the greens have some crazy elevations and they were pretty slow. Overall not a bad course but not great, kinda what you’d expect a country course to be.
