Nice course, not too busy
Course is priced right. It’s in good shape and was a good challenge. The banquet burger is really good and is reasonably priced!
2 suggestions…for first timers, the score card gives no info about each hole other than distance. Look up course map on your phone to help with distances to help with dog leg hikes and the small streams that cut through several holes.
Also, the distances markers weren’t the easiest to find on a few holes, making figuring out distances more work than necessary. Some stakes at the 200, 150 and 100 would be helpful.
took a very long time
delay the tee time and pace very poor 5 hour 20 m for the round.
Felt like the course was very overbooked and crowded
Excellent course for the money
We had a church tournament here today in 3 years, more like since the pandemic. Course layout and the value for the money cannot be better than here. Each hole has its own way of a challenge so it gives something to look for.
Everyone enjoyed the rounding and complimented the course. I would recommend this course for sure.
Many challenging holes we played from the tips need to drive the ball consistently far and with a strong wind like we experienced today it was a tough go lots of fun trying to figure out how to get out of trouble and keep the score down I will definitely play here again
Pace of play
Over 5 hours to play 18. wow. Group in front of us was way to slow. Two full holes open in front of them. No Marshall out on the course. On more them a few holes we were on the same tee box as them. On one par five they we on the green , we were waiting to hit our 3 rd shots , group behind us was in the fairway waiting to hit there second shots and there was a group on the tee. All because of this one group. Never will play this again and everyone should read this to know what there in for at this course.
Long waits.
When I arrived the staff mentioned owner was out on front nine and they were pushing everyone off back nine. Huge wait times at each hole and did not even bother playing front nine as 8 people were waiting to tee off when we came to hole one. Also most of the trees are dead on the back nine. Not the courses fault but hard to see.
Great value for money
The course is short but challenging. Had a great time with my brother. The starter gave us a head start 30 minutes earlier than our initial teem time, saving us valuable time. It also made us jump ahead of two foursomes, which helped with the pace of play. Drinks and food were relatively cheap, but there was no snack car around, so we had to grab beers and Gatorade in the turn.
Fading off
Hot day. Golf girl left after second hole. Foursome ahead so slow. No Marshall. Half the trees are dead.
Dropping the Ball
A lot of money for three star. Cart girl disappeared after second hole on a hot day. More than half the course is dead.
Hot Hot Hot
It was an extremely hot day which led to some undesired rolls on some shots ... lost a few balls due to high grass and shubbery ... it took us 5 hours to complete 18 holes but we took our time as no pressure from golfers behind us ...
