Great Day.
Course was great for November 14th greens were fast. Got a great deal with the red hot deal of the day worked out perfect for me this time. Unlike the review below I have no problem paying the going rate for the cart since i got a great deal on the green fee portion. I am not felling gouged at all if I was I would just have walked.

May be my last round there ☹️ Very few of us on a cold day tho we had some time that was sunny . Got a good deal on GN. But cart cost more than green fees Feeling gouged but had a good round with no one ahead and no one behind

Pace of Play
Only criticism was there was no martial on the course and one group was holding up play for four groups behind them.
Nice course
Always enjoy playing this course. Fairly busy for the time of year, but pace of play was pretty good. Course was in good shape for the time of year. Course is not overly demanding, but enjoyable to play.
management needs to be more friendly. we payed the green fees and a cart and he didn't even wipe the cart seats down. good thing we had towels with us. Garbage cans full and some all over the sound. Wont play a golf north property again. Not worth it
No fallen leaves
Front 9 has mostly pine trees so easy to find your ball in the fall. Back 9 is tree lined and beauty.

Played with two news golfers, slowed the course down but let a few groups played through so hopefully they aren’t too upset with us. Besides that the course was in great shape for October 3rd, recommend to any weekend golfer with forgiving fairways with bunkers and random trees to make it interesting.
Keeps getting better
Everything was great very busy but moved along great. Greens very very fast and in great condition.

great bounces in the fairways, but the greens wouldn't hold.
