Haliburton Highlands Golf Course

Have played here many times. Love this course. Can get through it in 2 hours usually no problem. Very hilly lots of trees, 8th hole has lake views. Good for beginners to intermediate with challenging holes for the more advanced.

So lovely to play near the beautiful town of Haliburton!

Staff are courteous and friendly and follow COVid precautions well.

I will keep coming back. Fall is also unbelievably beautiful!

8th hole had spectacular views, however the rest of the course was really lacking. If you can get it for 15 bucks or so the 8th hole is worth it

Didn’t get any pics of them. But this is my favourite hole because of the view.

Was one of the early morning tee times and the greens were well looked after. Course is not long, however, greens are small so that makes the course challenging. Staff was friendly and talked about some of the planned improvements. Overall great value!

Challenging course. Fairways and greens a little rough.

Played here many times and just love the challenge it gives. There is plenty of elevation change and each hole presents a very different challenge, look and feel. The scenery is beautiful and it makes this a challenging but very enjoyable walk (my phone says there is 34 floors of elevation change around the 9 holes).

I think of this as a pitch and but style course, as I use only my mid to short irons of the tees followed by a wedge in, but the greens are postage stamps so accuracy is key.

Highly recommended it for a fun and scenery factor. Even on a bad day you don’t feel bad because the view and experience is wonderful even if the golf is not.

Hey you’re not paying big bucks so once you align your expectations you’ll have a blast. Staff are always friendly and it’s got one of the best par 3s in the province...worth every penny. Take the kids, go have fun and enjoy the 8th hole!!

We love this course - always challenging, interesting and beautiful. We’ve played it many times and it is a favourite! We love/hate every hole for various reasons, but the view from the 8th tee-box is a showstopper!

Tough when drives up the middle bounce to feskew because of the Canadian Shield. 8th hole is my favorite par 3 ever in history (played 104 courses so far). Worth the price of admission alone.

An excellent course for the money. Nice layout and we moved along in no time at all. We will be back.
