Landings Golf Course

So this is a great wee course, excellent for recreational golf and for learning. They have some way to go in terms of the starter - the pace is so slow it’s painful. Need to be stricter. More time for a four ball. Better course management. I left after 6 holes last week it was just so slow. Literally waiting to putt!!

I’ve played the Landings for many years and really enjoy the course. It is always kept in good condition, especially the greens. There are very few pitch marks and they roll very nicely. The staff is friendly, as well.

This is a great course for people just starting out but also a nice test for experienced golfers. It’s not long, but requires accuracy off the tee as there is lots of fescue off the fairways. The layout is straightforward, but there is a nice mix of holes of different lengths.
