Aeration
Greens are under aeration. The club should post an alert of aeration before booking.
Down and dirty
Not a particularly well groomed course nor long enough to test your game but open from the beginning to the end of the season. Always an option for round when everything else is closed. Good enough to keep you game in shape and plenty of driveable par 4’s.
A good day of golf and it only took 3 hours to play today.
Worse than I remembered
Fairway and rough is almost the same length grass.
Bunkers was filled with water after the rain fall
Simple, relatively undemanding course
Played here very early Saturday morning as only time available. It’s not a challenging course despite the name but it’s perfect for a simple round of golf. Staff were very friendly. Course was wet in places and bunkers were flooded. Had to change the cart halfway round as it was very slow and backfiring, that was done without problem
Great Fun
Great Value for the Toronto area with friendly staff and quite good conditions. The bunkers need sand but understand they were not topped up due to covid this year. The fairways are green but fairly hard still in spots, so should be aerated soon. Greens were in good shape. Pace of play was good with only brief waits a couple of times.
