Nice course
The course was nice, was hoping for some better markers for yardage, there was only 2 land markets on how much carry to clear the creeks. Guesswork was involved on some of the other holes. Was not happy that the ranger asked us to keep up with the group ahead, even though we were waiting on every shot. And this was on the first hole! Otherwise it was decent.
Excellent value mature course
Best value for money established course suitable for all levels of players
Disappointed
Fist thing I was given a cart that would not go, when I told them about it I was told I have to play with the fuel pedal till it goes. After the 3rd cart I left to golf and had to deal with that issue the hole day. Very frustrating! Then to have the Marshall come up and ask if the people in front were slow ? When I informed him that it was all good they are not holding us up he then started to talk negative about them. Very unprofessional. The course itself was in great condition. It wasn't all bad just the 2 things.
Over Priced cow pasture
Bethesda Grange (Rolling Hills top course).
The price for 1 player with cart is $105 (plus tax - $119 ).
Way over priced for a course in this category.
The course layout is open, noisy, and chaotic, You can see other groupings playing alongside your fairways, Never peaceful, the sound of "Fore" can be heard every few minutes. Extremely slow pace of play, 5 hours plus. The $1.5 millions in upgrades for the "Bethesda Grange" the club advertises is nowhere to bee seen, from the club house, pro shop, and amenities. To compare, there are many Golf courses in the area for $80 with cart that are far superior.. Would never play or recommend to anyone, regardless of skill level.
