Limited Enjoyment for Golf
Very busy, holiday afternoon resulted in a less than enjoyable round. Delays +5 min. at Tee pad for every Hole. Fairways are uneven and numerous wet spots. Greens were inconsistent and not well manicured. Wish I could get my money back and golf at another GC further down the road. Oh, did I mention the rude manner in which the Starter prohibited a teenager in my group to play due to his trendy T-shirt, yet would permit another with an Addidas T-shirt in the front Group!
Great round
Great course. Well maintained. Tough play on and around greens.
Enough Challenge
Rained on/off all day but it was fun and manageable
Always friendly staff.
Decent pace without feeling rushed.
Discounting the rain, wish the course has a beverage cart to serve.
Better groundskeeping than pre 2020
Layout is fairly wide open. six 500+ yd holes and creek/marsh runs through Ling holes requiring strategic drives. Greens were 8/10 on the day I played. Carts are late model gas powered but without GPS. Pro shop staff were great but the facilities are pretty basic. Washrooms remind me of a low-end mall.
Gimmicky Confidence Builder
Have played this course a few times, but would say it is pretty easy from the whites, especially if you are a technical player and have good short game and wedges. Good course to build confidence on though. I also find the greens are a tad slow and never break.
