About
Tangle Creek Golf & Country Club has an interesting layout that combines classic, links-style holes with parkland holes, meaning that there is a mix of open fairways lined with mounding and fescue and tight, tree-lined holes with dramatic elevation changes. Ponds and creeks throughout the golf course come into play on 10 holes and there are almost 50 sand bunkers strategically placed throughout. The front nine is mostly links-style holes with sloping greens and a creek cutting through the fairways. Tangle Creek Golf & Country Club’s back nine plays 300 yards longer than the front nine holes, offering many challenging par 4s and par 5s. There are many scenic holes on the course, including the par-5 opening hole, which plays down a valley then climbs up to a green that is perched atop a hill.

As advertised
Got lucky with a really good Hot Deal, and really enjoyed the experience. This course is a beauty for those that can afford it, and I'll definitely be back the next time I see a good deal. No way would I pay $105 per round for this or any course, but it is as good as advertised. Very technical course that is challenging and very well maintained. Professionally run start to finish. Greens are the toughest to read and most challenging of any course I've played this year, and the multiple elevations on each hole make it a handful for sure. Great day of golf and will be back sometime for sure on another Hot Deal, when I get a raise, or when I win the lottery!

Totally shocked at how good this course was. Booked the course thinking it would be very average because no one talks about it. It matches up with the best courses in the GTA and Georgian Bay area. Great value, friendly staff.
Great course. Tough so it can slow down. Ran into weather today, otherwise - really enjoyable. Greens were great.

We played the course off the back on a chilly fall day.Course player long but that’s what we wanted greens were fast and true fairways perfect.Will be back for sure
Terrible pace of play
Terrible pace of play. Took 4 and 1/2 hours to finish 15 and ran out of day light to finish.
Nice course and in good condition but I won’t go back.
Where are the Marshals
We played behind a very slow group and it was excruciating! We were 2-3 holes behind. Thank fully they played 9 holes . Where were the Marshals?
Great course, great staff, obviously needed one more.
