Meadow Land Golf Club

1. the price on their website ($22 for 9, $28 for 18) is actually $25 for 9 and $39 for 18

2. the course shows up on the Canada Golf Card program, but they refuse to honor this

3. Lady is crazy (as mentioned by another reviewer). I was a walk-on at 9 in the morning..no other cars in the parking lot yet (wonder why..). When they would not honor the CGC deal, I did not feel the need to pay ($39x2), given the the CGC deal was 2for1, or even that the website price was $28. She followed me out to my car asking questions "why i didn't want to play", "where did you get that card", etc.

This is not even a golf course amymore. Do not go here. It's a field. The greens are awfull.

CRAYY WOMAN at the front asked what I paid and when i finished my round she told me to not come back at that price . There is no fairways none and the wholes are grown over.new owners need to be educated

Wow this course is a disaster and definitely not even worth the price it’s listed at. We decided to stay for the full 9 holes because it was quiet and nobody else was on the course... no wonder why!

The lady running the club house (does not speak English) came out to the parking lot as we were leaving yelling at us that we did not pay, yelling at us. Took a picture of my husband’s licence when paying which is not appropriate. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your time! It should be taken off Golf Now or any site!

Booked through golf now on a hot deal. Got to the course with my brother. The lady that was running the course got mad at us for getting the rate we did. She demanded my phone to look at the booking then called her daughter and yelled at her. Super uncomfortable!

We finally got to play and the course was in terrible conditions. Let’s start with the tee of decks. The grass was crazy long and is bad shape. It was like hitting a shot from the bulrushes. Even with the ball up on a tee the driver was still interfering with the long grass, affecting the ball. In fact the grass was higher than the ball sitting on the tee! The fairways were so long that it was very difficult to find your ball. If you hit a shot just outside the fairway you’re ball would be gone! Literally couldn’t find it the grass/weeds were so out of control. The greens were even worse. The grass length on the greens were longer than the average fairway length. There were major brown spots and grooves in the greens that most of them were not playable. If your ball was on the green it was a good up between my putter or wedges. Condition of the course was a 0 out of 10. The layout is exactly the same for all holes! Completely straight. Then turn around and hit your ball completely straight to the next hole. Absolutely 0 thought went into course design at all. I’ve played many links courses and this was by far the worst. Overall rating 0.5 out of 10. Its gets the 0.5 because I technically still got to golf ... kind of. Do not play this course, do not tell people about this course and if anyone asks you tell them to never speak of this course again! I’ve played golf for years and this was by far the worst course out there. The price of the course ... they should be paying you to play it and give them suggestions on how to make it not a 0 out of 10!

Really enjoyed playing. The rate of play was great and staff friendly.
