Hockley Valley Resort

Course wasn’t really bad condition. I always heard it was outstanding in the past dollar spot everywhere on the greens some dead spots otherwise they were putting OK. I think they’ll let this course slide over the years.

Played there last week loved it so much book again September 6 such a great course and tight fairways the greens were amazing every hole the view was amazing I had to take pictures for my memory

From the time you check in unbelievable staff friendliness and the course myself and my friend Mike will be back for the cost you pay is amazing this course with the ups and downs pristine conditions and the fact that when you get to the 17th green from the tee box and right beside the 17th hole is a ski lift going up the hill for skiing in the winter not a bad view on the course every where you look is stunning

It is great fun to see a ski hill in summer disguised as a golf course. For a public course, it is well maintained and very playable. The ski hill character makes for some challenging elevations and terrain, but remains playable. I would definitely benefit from less than. 2 years between rounds here. Course knowledge would definitely help! All in, a very enjoyable day.

The course is built closely situated to a ski hill so there is lots of elevation up and down. Most par 3s are dramatically downhill. Carts are mandatory with good reason. All bunkers have been replaced with grass changing the strategy involved. Fairway are usually angled one way or the other leading to many ball running off the fairway, into the rough or the impenetrable tree line. Many blind shots creating a less than enjoyable round the first time playing.

The pace play was horrible. Never saw a Marshall on the course.

Fanatastic and challenging course with amazing staff - great time

Friendly staff. Welcome free water. Everything great but some work needs to be done on tee off area and broken cart paths. Beautiful and scenic course. Definitely recommend. One day use resort with friends ~

This is a beautiful track with picturesque view in every direction. Of the conditions are wet or damp, I would not recommend playing. There are several cart path areas that are extremely dangerous and you will lose control of the cart and slide, no matter how careful you are. I was not warned of this fact when I started.

courses in great shape but it’s not worth 240 bucks for two people

Nice enough but way overpriced considering the fairways are a mess
