Wouldn’t let us play

We payed for a tee time on Golf now and the course told use we couldn’t play it because the course was closed and didn’t update our schedule. Golf now still took my money and I didn’t even get to play golf

Our round of golf

We had scheduled a T time of 07:30 the course doesn’t open till 08:00 and they acted put out that you had allowed us to schedule. My son is a new high school player and has a bit of challenge at times the player behind him about hit him twice so his frustration was hi over it and only played 7 holes of the front 9 we will not go back to that course if the same people are running it . Thank you for letting me voice my feelings. We have been to lots of clubs and never had people like that to deal with.
