Awful Course Setup and Conditions
This course was in horrible condition, the tee boxes had dandelions, no grounds keeping at all. The layout and routing continues to be garbage. This course is a mess.
Golf NE
The course needs to be cleaned of debris. A map is needed for the various courses so you can navigate from one hole to another. Present signage is insufficient and there are few signs that direct you to the next hole. The maps on the score card for each hole don't always agree with the actual hole layout. The entire site needs to be rescanned for Golf Now because there courses doesn't matchup with the present layout. The two courses I played need allot of work.

9It was 51 out and no one was at the course so we had it all to ourselves for a while, never seen anyone close to us, we played 18 in 2 and a half hrs!
Great Winter day!
We went to NuMark with our golfnow deal, we were surprised to find the course was well maintained with hardly any leaves on it!
Watch out
Hot deal yes hot mess yes also. Dirt road to new clubhouse signage sucks. Play hole one white which is a mash up of two other holes. Then 2 and 3 white. Told to head to yellow through flooded tunnel under road which leads you to 9 holes that have terrible signage wavy tee boxs and a terrible design. Back to 4 white in which we encountered a bunch of walkers just doing 9. Had to jump to 6 to get ahead of 4 groups and then finish up on 4 and 5. Seems like all they care about is selling lots for houses as course in terrible shape. Greens worst i have ever seen and one yellow had a gopher hole in the middle of it.
Amazing course
I really love the course the only problem is that the clubhouse and restaurant has been demolished the pace is semi slow but the course is absolutely beautiful and pristine!
Course is under contruction
While under construction they need more signage to direct golfers to the next hole. It was enough difficult playing the course without the distraction of where to go next. the greens were in good shape, but the rough was pretty deep. Apparently mowing took place on the day we played. One green was completely covered in leaves.
Great value for the money
Get to play their new 9 which is in very good condition and a nice layout. The only complaint is that they need to put some water coolers out there. Other than that, everything was great and will continue to play out there.
Unappealing
The good: one of the porta potties was clean, the price was reasonable and I saw the cart gal once, on hole 5.
The bad: it's under construction(avoid at all cost), staff is ho-hum, and the condition of the course is decent...in places.
The ugly: go away; far, far away. The course needs 3-5 years to be presentable. They should have water on the course(to drink) and have more attentive staff. The pace of play was infuriating on a hot, suffocating day(refer to no water and cart gal). GPS on multiple devices did not work and markers were inconsistent.
