About
This is a 9-hole public course that serves the entire county. Tee it up and whale away into the wide-open, hard-panned fairways that are flat and let your ball roll for miles. The greens are elevated, fairly large, and undulating. Winkler County is a simple course with few trees and random bunkers scattered throughout the design.
Getting there : Located on Hwy. 302 seven miles west of town on the north side of the road.

This course has beautiful greens
This was my second time playing the Course and my husband‘s first time. I thought we were going to go be hitting out of dirt and rocks into his surprise. The fairways were in very good condition and the greens were absolutely immaculate. I highly recommend this course. We were able to go in to the clubhouse and grab us a bite to eat and we’re able to buy a pass to order some drinks. Try this course out. I believe you will really enjoy it.
