Trees humble you
This course is difficult I would love to se PGA play here it would make them cry with how narrow of a window you have to put it into the fairway. This is a great course love it
Confused
We enjoyed the course layout, however it was very confusing trying to figure out where the next tea was when you drive up to the tea box the signs were facing the T and not the cart path so you had to get out of your cart walk up on the tea and read the plaque to find out what hole it was and then with all the cart paths crossing each other throughout the course it was difficult to understand which way you were supposed to turn to get to the next hole. my wife was disappointed with the bathroom since there was no toilet paper no water no way to clean your hands. at our age. We’d like to have a nice clean bathroom on the course.
Nice quaint course
Played passing through. Nice layout in all the oaks. Condition was decent. Greens left and bit to be desired but overall it was good.
Good not Great
From short and rude personal in pro shop to sand bunkers on greens, there are a couple of things I could/will complain about. The course itself is fun to play, just beware TREES, hungry hungry TREES.
Nice layout fairways were OK greens nothing special
I love this course.
I've played this course about 30+ times last year and about 12 times this year.
Good Value and in Good Shape
I play this course frequently using a $29 Hot Deal they offer daily.
It is an "old-school" small town parkland course on flat ground. Most holes are lined by large trees. Some of these trees make dog-leg holes quite tricky if you cannot hit over them.
The greens are in excellent shape, with the exception of a few holes on the back 9 which strangely have a different type of grass.
Overall this course is a relaxed, friendly place that is in good shape considering the low green fees. The new carts they added in June are a bonus.
Great course
The layout and fairways were great. Greens for the most part were very good but some of the greens had bad spots. I will play it again.
Old school challenge, but in poor shape
Old school tree-lined country club course. Not long but challenging off the tee. Would recommend playing with overhead GPS if possible. Greens were in awful shape. Many of them are small, which adds to the challenge, but when a third of the green is completely dead, it gets ridiculous. Very relaxed country vibes. Good people. No driving range, just an open area to hit your own balls. If you want them back...you go pick them up yourself. Played it as a hot deal, which is the only way I'd recommend playing it until conditions improve. Nice new carts are a plus.
