Nice course!
Nice course, friendly staff.
Onsite restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays so keep that in mind if your planning to grab a bite before your round.
Unremarkable
When you read that a course is a country club, you expect a few more interesting holes.
For the most part, this course was boring and forgettable.
There are no holes that will make you want to come back repeatedly (except 18 if you're in a charitable mood).
The greens have a lot of hills and valleys making them interesting to putt, but that doesn't make up for the lack of character in the course overall.
In short, it's a flat, boring "plate of sausages."
I said I would recommend it to friends only because I have a lot of friends for whom this course would be an adequate challenge. If you're better than a 10-handicap, though, you're going to be unimpressed.
The Live Oak Trees
The Course is beautiful. Live Oak Trees on this course must be hundreds of years old. They are dense and stiff. Do everything you can to stay out of the trees.
Live Oak Challenge
The course is beautiful. The big challenge to this course is the Live Oak Trees which must be hundreds of years old. The trees are beautiful but also very dense and stiff. Stay out of the trees!
A Oak Lover's Delight
The course has many beautiful trees if you love trees. I for one do. If you cannot easily direct your golf shots, then you may not like this course. We travelled from San Antonio-we lucked out with the weather.
Greens were not always the best but that has been a problem for many courses while because of lack of rain.

Pleasanton Golf Club
Beautiful course. Limited sand traps & water so not a lot of danger losing balls. The Oak trees are monsters though and can be difficult to play through. 5 stars for value
Great Course
Staff was great the course in good condition for the winter very Green! The greens were fast and true! Good job golf crew!
Pleasant Day in the Neighborhood
Can’t beat the pleasant walk in the open like farm fields reminds me of when I grew up in a small town next to a railroad and the old dated homes nearby. Recommend this course if you don’t want to be rushed.
