About
The track here along Lake Livingston weaves around eight man-made lakes, with holes that roll through skinny, pine-tree lined fairways routing to averaged-sized greens.
The par 5s stand out for their length, one on each side. No. 8 is ranked number two in terms of difficulty, but plays 590 yards, while the toughest hole is No. 12 at a mere 569 yards.
Getting there : From I-45 north, take Hwy. 19 towards Trinity. When you come to Hwy. 94, turn right drive down FM 356, then turn right again and drive 3 miles to the course. The course is on the left side.

Great conditions, friendly staff, good food
I been playing here for a few months, maybe 4 times now. Always in good shape, super friendly staff, great value for range balls, and food is good and reasonable. Gated community, beautiful well kept course, difficult enough to change you, yet accessible for all levels of player. Great practice area, love this course will certainly return soon!
Clueless Mgmt
I was very early and hit a bucket of balls first. There was not one group off the tee for over 40 minutes and I asked to tee off early. When I was told I couldn’t, I offered to pay extra to tee off and I was told I needed to ask for a refund from Golf Now because they didn’t get any money from GN on hot deals. Instead of getting some money and gaining some goodwill, they were rude and refused. I was considering buying a membership and actual property in the development, but the new Manager convinced me that he knows very little about business and common courtesy . I will now drive farther to a more expensive club and will be buying a membership there. The HOA made a mistake hiring the new Manager that obviously does not understand how to run a business. I’m done there.
Please don’t do away with accepting the golf now app! I try to play at least once a week and that’s the only way I can afford to play. I’m 63 and this is the only exercise I can do! Please don’t take that away from me!

This course would be a good place for beginners.
Green is not that difficult. But it is slow.
Others are pretty good.

I brought my family. Four of us played there. Wonderful weather and a well-maintained course make us feel great.
Great day at Westwood Shores
We had an awesome time at Westwood Shores.
I have played dozens of courses over the years and never met a more friendly staff. EVERY single person we dealt with was welcoming and helpful. The men running the pro shop, both marshals, the lady putting up carts, and the members were all extremely friendly. It made me want to buy a house , move out there and play golf everyday.
The course was in good shape. It’s a fun track with some really challenging holes. It’s not Augusta but a great value for what you get. Worth the drive.
