Fairbanks Golf and CC
Played there in 1991, we actually drove to Alaska from W.Va on vacation. The course had artificial greens, some were slow and some were extremely fast. Played there in June of 1991 with the temperature in the 80's. Only thing I didn't like was the Alaska statebird, the mosquito. Had to apply Muskol with 100% deet or take a chance that enough mosquitos might pick you up and carry you to the woods. Course was in good condition and I would recommend it to any golfer. Only downfall, besides the mosquitos was it was only a 9 hole course.
