Worth the drive
This course is out in the middle of nowhere, suprised to find a nice little community around the golf course. The course Has alot of short par 4's. Course management helps here or knowing the course. I should have hit 3 wood then have PW into alot of these greens in retrospect. The greens were very hard and fast took me awhile to get the speed down. There are a couple neat holes with elevation. Overall was happy I made the hour drive to play this course for $10. I was slightly miffed when they lady tried to charge us $13 so my wife could ride along. She dropped that charge to $8 which was appreciated.
Fun place to golf
We enjoy playing golf here. Course is great for 70 year olds. Not too long or challenging. Eureka Springs is fun to visit. Some good restaurants and sites to see after golf. Only an hour from Branson... nice easy drive.
Very nice course.
Staff were great and very friendly. Course fairways were rough from the winter. Fun to play.We will definitely play again and also have lunch or dinner there.
Great times in January
Wow, who would have thought we could golf here in the middle of January. We found some great weather and had a great time. The course was in perfect condition given the time of year. Greens were a little slow but we have had some rotten weather for a few days prior so the greens were understandably a little fuzzy. This is a wonderful course, great tight layout. Its a little on the short side even from the tips, but with narrow fairways and wonderful course condition makes a wonderful golf experience. For the price its probably one of the best values in a 50 mile radius. You will not be disappointed in this course. Great clubhouse, selection is a little lacking but it makes it up with great prices which are lower than most box stores. Restaurant is great just make sure you pay attention to grill hours. We luckily got there about 5 minutes before it closed but they still happily served us. I've played this course on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed!!! A real hidden gem!!!!!!!!
Awsome Views
What a beautiful place to play. The first couple of holes were pretty plain and straight forward. Then you start seeing the views. This is not a Masters level course but the great views, extremely friendly staff and members make this a fantastic experience. And then did I mention the views? If you get a chance you should stop by and play.
Fun round!
Course in good condition. Greens very quick, but true. Lots of interesting holes. Challenging but fair......if hitting ball well, can score good!
t'he course was interesting
The greens had been aerated so they did roll so good. We still had fun and enjoyed the course. We were on vacation so every golf day is a good day!

Great course!
Had a great time playing this course. Just enough of a challenge without being too much. Great condition and friendly service.
Love this course. Some nice views of the area
Love the area. Will definitely play it again. The staff was very nice.
Nice course but too long of a drivery from Branson
Nice course....great prices on last years shirts. Course had rough that was 8 inches or longer and ate your balls. Overall great time but over an hour drive from Branson. Great views of the Ozark Mountains on most holes. A little too far unless you have all day. Don't use GPS unless you put in the address....you wind up in BFE and 10 minutes from the coursw!
Challenging!
My wife and I drove to Holiday Island from Branson to enjoy a round of golf on May 31. Having never seen the course before we didn't know what to expect. The lady who got us registered was very helpful. We had lunch( which was very good) before teeing off. We asked for a map of the course since the cart had no gps. They don't have one. Oh well. Off we went . After losing three balls on the first two holes because of the severe left to right slope of the fairways we were not impressed. Because of the heat my wife finally gave up after 11 holes from frustration. She drove the cart for me as I kept playing along. I was frustrated too especially when a fellow mowing the rough followed along for two holes with his engine at full rpm! Overall it was a good course to play and very affordable. We caught up to some of the members so play slowed to a crawl for a couple of holes(more heat) A good course for families but bring lots of balls and patience.
Fun Course, Beautiful Setting, Worth the Drive
Played March 1st, still winter conditions on fairways, but greens were in good shape. Many sidehill fairways demand accurate drives, or ball will roll down hill, over cliff, never to be seen again. Tough course for high handicapper. Some spectacular scenery, especially on front nine. Arrive early to order a great breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon, 'tatos) for under five bucks. The Staff in the Pro Shop/Grill were friendly. Did a quick drive into Eureka Springs, very pretty little town. Not a fancy, snooty place, but great people, interesting course. Would definitely play here again.
