Hollydot Golf Course

When we started at 11, it was packed. Greens pose a great set of challenges and are hard to read. Super windy back 9 makes you plan your shots a bit more carefully. I Loved it. The staff was very friendly and I will be playing here again

Wonderful time. Beautiful scenery. Fun time had by all.

Front nine was a typical experience at Hollydot. While crowded, pace of play was fine. Very rarely did we have to wait to take a shot. Then we made the turn and hit the brakes. Two groups that weren’t on the front nine appeared on the back nine. And a twosome clearly needed to tee it forward. It was incredibly slow. Definitely will return but wouldn’t be worth the drive if every round was like that.

Greens were very slow but smooth. Fairways were rough. But, bottom line, the course conditions are improving with each day of spring. Just a few weeks from prime time.

The course had snow on it and nobody told us. We will not use GolfNow to book here again.

The course played slow for us because of a couple of groups that were somewhere in front of us that were creating the slow down, but everyone on the course was in good spirits so we dealt with it and just enjoyed the glorious weather for early December. The course was in good condition and the greens were in great condition. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the course looked and played. Good Job Holly Dot Team.

Today was windy and more crowded than usual, but that's good--we don't want it to ever close. The staff is always friendly and helpful and we love playing here.

The review email said two players > there were 4. Earlier in the week the review of 4 Mile said 4 players and there were only 2 of us. Other than that, this process of reserving tee times works pretty good. As to the course, Holly Dot was in good shape the weather was great. The course was fairly loaded but the movement was acceptable and no waits that took away from the game. The course played fine considering the time of the season. All in all it was a great Indian Summer round of golf. Five of us played a "best ball" round and shot 8 under.

Great course. Great staff. But three straight fivesomes at 10 a.m. is ridiculous. We are not even six holes in but chalk this up to a brutal day of golf since I have plenty of time to write reviews between shots.

Great day of golf. Only downer was a group of 5 slowing down play.

Despite suffering through hot and dry weather all summer, the course is in really good shape. The greens are receptive and true. The staff is always friendly. Very nice track for a very nice price.

We always enjoy playing Hollydot. Next year we will probably get a season pass. The greens, tee boxes and fairways were in great condition. The staff are always polite.

Course has a lot of potential, but was very dry due to a drought in southern Colorado. Greens were in great shape though, which made it worthwhile to play.
